From beginnings in the health and wellness space, Director Lucas Giannotti cut his teeth selling gym memberships and quickly worked his way up to be a leading performer in the state. This early sales prowess would see him gravitate naturally towards real estate.

The transition into property saw Lucas define his true passion as a project sales expert. His refreshing, honest approach sees clients and partners working with him long-term, with his expertise in project sales, responsiveness, open communication and transparency setting him apart.

Now widely regarded as an industry expert, Lucas has run different businesses in the project sales space for over a decade, building a strong network of partners, clients and consultants and gaining unrivalled knowledge and experience.

Dee draws on more than a decade in retail marketing and first-hand small business experience to steer Development Agency’s operations with clarity and purpose. Running her own business sharpened her instincts around finance, organisation and what it really takes to keep things moving without dropping the ball.

Those strengths made the shift into property development a natural progression. Dee’s focus, attention to detail, problem solving and drive for efficiency quickly became central to how the business operates.

As General Manager, Dee oversees the day-to-day engine of Development Agency and keeps the team aligned, supported and performing. Her commitment to clients and her ability to balance people, process and performance make her a key part of the agency’s growth.
